NOTES
Cogniworld long distance US domestic rate is 3.89 cents per minute for
state-to-statecalls (the rate may be higher in tier-B and tier-C areas). The calls are billed
in6-second increments with 6-second minimum per call for domestic and 30-second minimum
for International calls.
$1.99 monthly billing fee will apply with the "Bill Me" option or "Auto Pay" with monthly paper invoice in any month where
usage is lower than $20. Minimum taxes charged are Universal Service Fund at 8.7%, a 3% federal excise tax and 3.67% Carrier
Recovery Charge. Businesses are assessed a PICC charge that varies by
state.
There are no PICC charges for residential customers. Rates are subject to change anytime without prior notification.
